At Exclusive Beauty Supplies, we strive to provide top-quality, personalized and professional service to our valued clients. We make every effort to maintain full inventory on all brands and to ensure that your order arrives promptly (next or second day, in most areas), complete and accurate. We double-check every order before shipping. Please report all order discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt for adjustments and reshipping. All merchandise remains the property of Exclusive Beauty Supplies until paid in full.
Terms of Sale
All orders are shipped prepaid or COD only. We do not offer any discounts. We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express; no cash, please. If your credit card is declined for any reason, the order will not be shipped unless you supply a valid credit card or authorize COD shipment. Returned checks and declined credit cards are subject to a $30 service fee. Terms on introductory deals must be paid on schedule or are subject to a 1-1/2% service fee. Limit of one introductory deal per brand per salon. All merchandise subject to availability; all prices subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Salons are responsible for updating all business information, including change of ownership, address, contacts and phone numbers.
Back Orders & Add-ons
As a rule, we are only out of a product when our manufacturers are backordered. In that event, backordered items are not shown on the invoice and are not automatically reshipped. Please add the items onto your next order. Please understand that your order is picked, packed and prepared for shipping immediately after you place it. Add-ons to your order will be handled as new orders and will incur additional shipping charges.
State Sales Exemption
State sales tax is charged on all professional-use items. To qualify for resale tax exemption on retail items (including hair extensions), a valid state resale certificate must be on file at our office. Florida salons are responsible for submitting a renewed certificate every calendar year to maintain tax-exempt status. (Other states submit one time only.)
Exclusive Beauty Supplies offers two-day shipping throughout Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama through an independent shipping company or FedEx (next-day delivery in select areas). Large or overweight orders and orders containing oversized items (including product displays and shelving units) may be subject to additional freight charges. Orders refused or returned for any reason will be charged double shipping for redelivery or on the next new order.
Replacement products will be issued for all damages due to shipping and faulty packaging only if reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please check your order immediately after opening. Other product guarantees are subject to individual manufacturer guidelines.
Manufacturer rewards are the responsibility of the salon to claim each month or quarter (based on the individual manufacturer guidelines). Unclaimed rewards (including late claims) are forfeited and may not be reclaimed the following period. Rewards take up to 60 days to process and are shipped with the next paid order to the salon. The salon may choose to pay the shipping costs to receive the rewards prior to a paid order. EBS station rewards may not be claimed for previous orders.
Returns and Credits
No discontinued products may be returned for any reason, and no product may be returned within the first 30 days after purchase or after 90 days from purchase. Otherwise, products must be returned in resalable condition to qualify for credit or exchange, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only current packaging (no price tags or marks from price tags) will be accepted. No product may be returned if not paid in full, including products from introductory deals shipped on terms. The salon is responsible for shipping returns back to EBS; EBS staff does not return product. Credits are issued only after product is returned, inspected and restocked in the warehouse. Returns from introductory deals will be charged back for all free goods in the deal in addition to the restocking fee. (No returns on appliances and tools. Manufacturer defects will be replaced within 30 days from purchase only; no credits, returns or refunds for any other reason.) No returns on hair for any reason. In order to receive our bi-monthly catalog, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
